We suggest you order 30 days in advance.
Matching colors: 99% of the time using our color charts online match perfect but we have some other options for you to keep in mind. We suggest for Squads of 6 or more to order a color ring to match the hair "see color rings" in the menu. We also accept hair swatches from you. See mail in orders in the menu and press color match swatch form. We also have a color match help section in the menu.

We conduct all business online, for this reason if you do not have online access we do not suggest ordering from our company as receipts , tracking numbers and conversation including live help are our main form of communications, this is for your benefit and records as much as this companies.
Our web site is a 100% secured shopping web site SSL. You will see the Http(s) in the url bar before you enter personal credit card information. As on all web sites, it may state "do you wish to see secure and unsecured items on this page." The unsecured items would just be what you have ordered, no personal information will shown to anyone. We have never had a fraud or identity issue. Our Staff does not have access to your online personal information.
Hairforcheer.com at any time for any reason reserves the right to require you to sign a terms of order and credit card agreement form. We may ask if we can ship the order to your billing address. We may request a signature on delivery.
Exchanges: We do not ask for a RMA we do not charge a restock fee.. Please see exchanges/credits in the menu for directions. Signed paperwork must be returned with any order for exchange or at are discretion the exchange may be refused and your credit card will be charged to ship the item(s) back to you at the rates posted under the ship section or a 4.00 fee will be deducted from your exchange credit. We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original order on non sale items. We do not accept exchanges on cut to style Flip or Wave pieces. We do not accept returns. Some restriction apply please see are exchange section. NOTICE: If exchanging a item that was on sale when you ordered remember that if its no longer on sale you will be charged full price.
Even though we ship immediately we suggest you order at least 1 month ahead of your event. Reason: If you need to exchange for color or style it can easily be exchanged in your events time frame. United states postal service and our company can make errors this allows time for correction. If the error is our mistake we will correct it under our policy guidelines at our expense as soon as it is brought to our attention.

Phone orders: We are not currently accepting phone orders. We are an online business. We are available Mon- Friday for phone calls. We request that you check our Help Q and A section for the answers to any questions before you contact us. Our emails are answered several times daily. To email or call us simply go to our contact section listed on the menu to your left. Please understand that by placing an order with cheerleaderhairpieces by any means you are agreeing to all policies and shipping terms that are stated Online. It is your responsibility to read them.
Coupon codes: Coupons can not be applied after an order is placed. If you have a coupon code order issue it must be cleared before process. Do not place an order online without the given coupon code or you will not receive the discount. Coupons can not be used on sale items . A sale item will be clearly marked.
Shipping: We ship your order as you ask us to ship it. However, we do reserve the right to change the shipping method if needed at our extra expense in order to get it to you in the time frame you have set by choosing your shipping method. We do not take responsibility for late shipments that are in error by U.S.P.S. If you are left a notice by a shipper and do not pick up the order and it returns to us, you will be required to pay the ship charge again for us to reship the order. We will take responsibility if it is our error. We will not issue credits due to their delivery errors. If we find the delivery is late due to our error, we will of course credit you accordingly. Cheerleaderhairpieces will charge you a 50% restock fee if your order is refused, returned due to a wrong address and not resolved, or not claimed. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Defective hairpiece: As stated on the receipt that comes with your order all hairpieces are to be inspected immediately upon receipt. As stated on your receipt included with your order. We will need to know about any item you feel is defective within 3 days of you receiving the order. If you have a squad please schedule a meeting to try on the hairpieces. No exceptions to the 3 day policy will be made. Defect in netting or sewing can occur occasionally. Please make sure you are not attaching the product up side down. If the color is correct, try the hairpiece on and shape it, test it out. Defects are rare if you feel a item is defective please email us by the 3rd day by live chat in the upper right hand corner or email. We always reply to emails within 1 business day. Once we have been contacted please reorder online or by mail (see mail orders) for your exchange hairpiece. When returning the defective item, please explain why you feel its defective. Enclose a copy of the invoice it came with and the new orders invoice to replace it. If we feel it is defective and not user error , we will refund the return ship charges of 1st class mail to you including the new orders 1st class shipping and refund of the returned hairpiece.
Order errors: If you received a wrong color-style. You have 3 days from time of your receipt of the order to report ant errors. The invoice will state what you ordered VS what the items tag reads. Do not remove item from package netting . The item must be returned to us in its original condition unopened. Please immediately email us of this issue by live chat located in the upper right hand corner, include the order ID # in your email. The fastest way to remedy the issue is to simply go online and reorder, this way the new merchandise will be shipping out and now you need to simply follow the exchange instructions (see exchange section), dropping a note in the returning package that you received the wrong order. Yes your credit card will be charged for the new order, however you are going to return the incorrect order 1st class mail and we will credit your card once returned. We will also credit your card for the new orders shipping 1st class or priority mail. You may also choose to mail the item back to us so we can send you the correct item ( If you choose to do a mail exchange) Always mark the outside of the package incorrect order when mailing it back to us so we can attend to it immediately.
Color replacement: If you place an order online by credit card and we become out of stock on an item we will contact you and ask if you would like to give us alternative colors to ship you or have us send the next close colors in our professional opinion or if you wish to cancel the order all together. The above choices are yours to make and is considered in agreement of the order you originally placed. We expect you to make the best choice for you at the time. If you do not respond to us within 2 days we will cancel the order or replace it with the next close color if its only a shade difference.
Duplicate orders: Our web sites cart only receives orders by you placing the order yourself. We do not have any new space age technology that reaches into your computer and finds your credit card information to process a order you did not your self place. If you find you placed 2 orders by mistake for any reason immediately go to our contact section online and cancel the order. Please give us the order ID number to cancel.
SALE ITEMS: Some sale items are final sale as they are being discontinued. This will be noted above that product or products page and in check out. This will print on your reciept . Many sale items are not final sale and can be exchanged. Sale prices are subject to change. If you do not order a sale item online right away we cannot guarantee the price or stock availability. We cannot guarantee stock on mail orders of these items. If you choose to order by mail and we run out of stock on a item it will be replaced with the next close color and shipped.
Special cut items: Items are cut for you to 10,8 or 6 inches. These items are non refundable or exchangeable. We do not state they will be cut totally identical to a previously ordered item as they are hand cut. We do are best to match cut all items that are ordered at one time together. We will not be held liable to match previous orders or if a cut is only slightly longer or shorter than the next.
Out of Country orders: Please see out of country section in the menu. We try to keep your ship costs down for you, however the ship companies are constantly changing prices. We are no longer use FedEx. as a ship choice for you to choose .However we reserve the right to use the appropriate carrier at our additional expense and require a signature on delivery. We do not offer express 2 day service to out of country locations. Choose the (appropriate international ship choice) in the ship section. We reserve the right to hold and not process any order to request funds be wired from you account or a terms of shipment and credit card charges form will be requested on high ticket orders.
We reserve the right to raise or lower the price of any products we sell at any given time. We do not guarantee stock. Please always check your cart before you process your order for your final cost. If you have any questions please email or call before your order is completed as charges may apply. Please understand that if you wait to place a order for any regular or sale item the price may very. We have only raised our item prices 2 time in all the years we have been in business , however sale items prices can fluctuate.
State sanitation law requires us not to accept returns for sanitation reasons. This is also our company policy.
Ordering Mistakes: Cancel order :Did you make a mistake when you ordered? Our website and shopping cart lets you see your order several times before the order is processed by you. You must cancel the order immediately before its processed. Once it has been processed meaning your card has been charged you cannot make any changes to the order. You can place another order if you forgot to add something to the original order, but it will be shipped and charged independently from the original. To cancel an order: A 10.00 fee may apply if the order has processed. Cancel by email only: We need the order ID number in the upper left hand corner and the full billing name on the order clhp@att.net . Acknowledgment of cancellation will be emailed to you.
Once a hairpiece has been in your possession we have no way of knowing if its being cared for properly. We make suggestions under our wig care section and on many of the orders pages. We request that you use hair spray before use on a few items. We only produce high quality products that last for years when taken care of properly. Our hairpieces have a curl memory in them and non gelled items should be maintained almost like human hair. We cannot be responsible for your care of any product.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at times this may include cancelling an order already placed.

Attachment instructions are available under our attachment section for you to see and print. Our hairpieces are tested for secure attachment, we have never had a issue with our hairpieces coming out of the hair unless attached improperly. Recently we have brought in our economy line these are styles Bliss, Spice, Wonder, Popp`in, daisy and sassy these are scrunchies and do not have the same security attachment as our bun cover styles. Remember always use a thin hairband to ponytail your hair. If your hair is silky or slick we suggest using gel or hair spray on your hair before application.
