Color Ring Instructions

As stated online color rings are ordered for your convenience to match 6 or more girls. When you are done with the ring simply drop it in the mail with its invoice and the hairpiece order you placed invoice within 60 days of the ring purchased date for a $20.00 refund . You may choose to keep the ring and not be refunded as our colors do not change.
The order with 6 or more items does not need to be under the same billing name as the color ring purchaser. Full color ring terms are under our policy section on our website.
Our colors have names not numbers. The swatches on the ring are either solid or have 2 colors. The 2 tone swatches are highlighted pieces. The 2 tone mixes are 50/50 , some swatches are also tipped in lighter colors this reflects the hairpiece color at its ends. We suggest you match the hair under the lighting you will compet under such as stage lighting. The lighting in a gym usually works great. If you will be outside use natural sun light to match.
Matching suggestions: We suggest having the girls hair done up in a bun with gel or hairspray applied if applicable. lf you will be ordering a curly style, wrap the swatch around your finger to match. We never suggest fanning out the swatches, for flip and wave style just lay the swatch against the child hair.
Bun cover matching: Bun covers are styles with netting attached to the hairpiece that totally covers the child's bun. To match cover the bun with your hand the hair you need to match is the front hairline ear to ear.
Scrunchie matching: Matching depends on how you decide to style the children's hair. We suggest matching with the child's hair in a ponytail, and gelled or with hairspray if applicable.
We suggest the parent help do the matching. Occasionally a match will be incorrect. If any piece needs to be exchanged for color or style the card holder or payee of the check will need to reorder the new pieces(s) within 30 days of the original order date. Please go to our exchange section online as you will need to print of the exchange form to be returned with the incorrect pieces(s).
We suggest that when your order arrives that you gather all the girls together and look at the piece still in its container against the child's head before opening or passing them out. We cannot accept items for exchange that have been opened for sanitation reasons.
As stated online not all styles come in all colors on the color ring. If this is the case for the style you wish to order, a good tip is to take the extra colors and bundle them with a rubber band to set to the side of the ring. The lists below will not reflect style daisy or sassy. The colors available for these styles are only online.

Hailey style comes in colors: starry, dancin, daring ,beauty, mystery, spirit, enjoy, ohlala, ispy, classy, wow, carefree, pow ,flip, sweet, cruzin, summer,luv it, cha-cha, butters, berry splash, flirty, see ya. This is 25 colors.
The style called bun comes in colors : beauty, mystery, Oh la la, danc`in, I spy, classy, swirl, carefree, butters, berry, luv it, cruzin, chacha. This is 13 colors Also we have sale colors online.

Ordering by check or money order requires you to mail your payment in and there could be up to a 10 day delay on a check to ensure it clears. .Orders will not be shipped until all funds are collected.
