Shipping: We ship your order as you ask us to ship it. However, we do reserve the right to change the shipping method if needed at our extra expense in order to get it to you in the time frame you have set by choosing your shipping method. We do not take responsibility for late shipments that are in error by these shippers- U.S.P.S. & FedEx USPS. If you are left a notice by a shipper and do not pick up the order and it returns to us, you will need to pay the ship charge again for us to reship the order,if you do not pay the ship charges we will consider the order refused. We do not give credits for FedEx-U.P.S. or U.S.P.S. delays. We will take responsibility if it is our error,Example-We ship to the incorrect address and it does not reach you in the timeframe you agreed to. Always expect FedEx to deliver by the end of the day,we do not guarantee any specific time. We are not responsible for FedEx, or USPS delays. We will not issue credits due to their delivery errors. If we find the FedEx delivery is late due to our error, we will of course credit you accordingly. See our terms under our shipping section.
Signature REQUIRED: A free service to you. Please note that when you check out you will be asked if you want to sign for the order on delivery (signature required) If you decline you understand that if you state you did not receive your hairpieces and we have proof of delivery by the ship company it will be your loss. If you ask for signature required and do not sign and the package is returned we will consider it refused a 50% restock fee will apply shipping is not refundable. Unfortunately a few bad apples are spoiling it for the good ones.
Cheerleaderhairpieces will charge you a 50% restock fee if your order is refused, returned due to a wrong address and not resolved, or not claimed. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you give us the wrong ship to address and we are charged for corrections, we will have to charge you for that cost.
We reserve the right to ask for a signature upon delivery of any order. However we usually only require signature on orders over 300.00. Not signing is considered a refusal: if you do not sign and it is returned to us we will consider it refused by you and the above charges will apply unless the matter is resolved .
Our current ship processing time is to 2 business days. Remember that we do not deliver FedEx 2 day or overnight orders on Saturday. We are not responsible for FedEx, or USPS delays. We will not issue credits due to their delivery errors. If we find the FedEx delivery is late due to our error, we will of course credit you accordingly. We reserve the right to change shipping prices without notice.
We cannot change any ship method once a order is placed, your option is to cancel the order and start over. You may see our contact section for more information. Once you push process the order is placed if you find you chose the wrong ship method-You can immediately cancel your order by going to our contact section (see cancel order) We must receive a email to cancel a order you cannot cancel by phone. If you choose not to cancel the order or try to cancel after the order has been shipped, the ship charges cannot be changed or credited back to you. We reserve the right to add ship charges if your choice is wrong. Example: you order 1st class mail up to 2 pieces but you have ordered 3 pieces we will add a charge of 3.95 and ship your order priority mail. No notification will be sent to you.
