Tip: Deciding between a few colors. If you press on the online color charts photos they will enlarge, if you have a color printer print the enlargements off as this will reflect our web sites images and not your monitors.
If you feel you are not able to match to the color needed online. You can email us a picture of the child so we can help with color. Please try and send a photo with the childs hair up in a ponytail head turned to side with appropriate gel or hairspray applied . Tell us what colors you feel are in the childs hair. Remember this will be in our opinion only.We do not guarantee a total color match but we have a really good rate of success. email to clhp@att.net

We have several ways to match for color. Order from our online color chart,a color ring for squads or mail in a swatch of hair for us to match for you.
When matching swatches online, remember that if you are going to use gel or hairspray your color could go a shade or 2 darker especially if you are a brunette or have brunette hair with highlights.
The object is to get as close as you can because you can always darken your hair a bit with gel or darken the hairpiece a bit with our Wiggin Out holding spary. We suggest Wiggin Out Detangler product to maintain any hair product we carry, it simply makes it last years and keeps the kenekalon bonded, but its not a necessary purchase.
Are your events mostly inside or outside? When you receive your hairpiece do not open it and pull it out of its packaging simply slide it out slightly hold it up to your hair which you have already put in your event condition (hair spray-gel ) and walk out side or stay inside to see if the color matches.
Will your hair get darker as winter is near ? Be aware of natural hair color changes if you are ordering ahead for a event or if your events all fall in winter. Is your hair going to change its color? It may be best to choose a darker shade originally.
ORDERING Spiral styles, Hottie, Barrel curls
If you are ordering a color ring because you have 6 or more girls to order for , make sure that if you are choosing always wrap the swatch around your finger when matching the hair. This gives you that hairpieces tight curl color. it helps you to match to the style properly.
98% of the time people match well online. We do offer exchanges (see policy section) & swatch groups or color rings but if you have tried 2 times we always suggest sending us in a swatch of hair to match for you. This can happen if you have many colors in your hair. (see mail order button for forms and info).

Black solids
Starry - Dark black solid next close color beauty
Beauty- lt black solid next close color starry
Brown solids
Mystery- Darkest brown solid -verge of black
Spirit- Dark brown solid- close color mystery
Enjoy- base color brown-hint of red overtone but is brown- close color lovely
I spy- Med brown solid- close colors available spirit is 4 shades darker-swirl has a I spy color in it but also has a Carmel sun highlight.
Classy- Lt brown solid - close color wow darker solid I spy
Wow- Lightest brown solid -close color classy- No lighter solid brown unless you go to a sandy color like color Flip.
2 tone brown mixes( brown is in hairpiece mixed with other color)
Lovely-Lt brown solid can produce red tone if a child has red in their hair.
Swirl- Med brown mixed in a natural sun tone color Carmel color.-close color is a solid color I spy a solid brown or a 2 tone highlight called danc`in but the brown in dancing is slightly darker than Swirls brown.
Oh la la- Dark brown highlighted with lighter brown 2 tone hairpiece. Closest color swirl but swirl is a 50/50 mix blend the swirls brown is a little lighter.
Carefree- 2 tone Lt brown and dark blonde-close color pow. The brown in carefree matches color wow.
Pow- 2 tone hairpiece pale brown base mixed 50/50 with golden blond mix- the golden blond is dominate on the ends in the spiral curls. Close color carefree
Flip - is a dusty sandy brown with a slight hint of blond- dusty brown is 99%. No close color.
2 tone dark base colors
Danc`in- Lt black with a with a natural highlighted Carmel. Close color is Darling but the base color in darling is lt black and the 2cd tone is a lt auburn.
Darling- Lt black with a mix of auburn that dominates the ends.Close color Danc`in.
Blonde 2 tone mixes
Sweet- 2 tone dirty blond 50/50 mixed pale Lt brown with a pale blond. The colors in this pieces are very close to each other yet visible. Next close color pow-pow has a darker brown.
Luv`it- Platinum blond, medium blond highlighted. Next close color is cha cha which is a little lighter
Summer- platinum blond and Lt strawberry 50/50 at base tipped at ends in platinum blond in the spiral curls. Closest color is a well mixed 50/50 blend called butters.
Cha cha- Platinum blond highlighted with Lt blonde. Close color is Luv it which is a little darker.
Rock`in- 2 colors dull blonde with a medium brown. Close color is cruz`in
Cruz`in- Dark brown highlighted with bright blonde. Closest color is Rock`in accept the blonde in rock`in is a dull blonde the browns are the same.
Solid blonde
Surf`in- Solid platinum blonde. Closest color is Cha cha accept cha cha has a lighter blonde in it also
Red mixes
Butters- Described as butterscotch color overall dominate color is a orange,Lt strawberry color it is mixed 50/50 with a medium blonde color. Close color is Summer.
Salsa- Hot irish red solid- close darker color is flirty
See`ya- see`ya is a mix of flirty -auburn/salsa-irish red and a dark blonde this piece is highlighted a 2 tone.
