Our web site is a secured shopping web site SSL , you will see the prompt to enter the secure check out area. As on all web sites, it may state "do you wish to see secure and unsecured items on this page." The unsecured items would just be what you have ordered, no personal information will show to anyone else. We have never had a fraud or identity issue.

We suggest you order at least 1 month ahead of your event, this ensures that if you need to exchange for color ,size it can easily be exchanged in your events time frame. Fedex and USPS our company can make errors this allows time for correction. Please see our exchange section for all information.

Information on payment by money order or School Check. We do not accept personal checks.

Simply place your order online at http://www.cheerleaderhairpieces.biz/ after you choose your shipping method you will scroll down and choose to pay by money order or school check. Continue to process your order. After your order is processed you will receive a receipt with a order number and a email. You have 10 business days for us to receive payment with a copy of your invoice. After 10 days we will cancel the order that you placed on our web site. If you are ordering the Squad discounted spiral styles 21 pieces or over the invoice will not have your discount price, however we will email you a new invoice with the correct price within 2 business days. You may also see printable order forms to mail in your order.

Phone orders:We are an online business and try to only receive orders online.(online orders ship faster than phone orders) We understand that not everyone has a computer and may call to place an order.We are available Mon- Thurs for phone calls. Our emails are answered several times daily. To email us, simply go to our contact section listed on the menu to your left. We ship Monday - Friday from California. Please note: phone orders' billing is processed on our secure online terminal. Please understand that by placing an order over the phone you are agreeing to all online policies and shipping terms that are stated online. We are not responsible for any phone order errors as we are an online business. Phone orders are subject to a delay in shipping. We do our best to get all phone orders out within 2 business days. Signature REQUIRED: A free service to you. Please note that when you check out you will be asked if you want to sign for the order on delivery (signature required) If you decline you understand that if you state you did not receive your hairpieces and we have proof of delivery by the ship company it will be your loss. If you ask for signature required and do not sign and the package is returned we will consider it refused a 50% restock fee will apply shipping is not refundable. Unfortunately a few bad apples are spoiling it for the good ones. 

Cheerleaderhairpieces will charge you a 50% restock fee if your order is refused, returned due to a wrong address and not resolved, or not claimed. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you give us the wrong ship to address and we are charged for corrections, we will have to charge you for that cost.

 We reserve the right to ask for a signature upon delivery of any order. However we usually only require signature on orders over 300.00. Not signing is considered a refusal: if you do not sign and it is returned to us we will consider it refused by you and the above charges will apply unless the matter is resolved .

Defective or incorrect orders: All orders are to be inspected immediately upon receipt. We will need to know about any item you feel is defective or incorrect within 3 business days of your receipt of the order. Defects are rare if you feel a item is defective or incorrect please call 530 221 0857 ext 4 to report it. Then simply follow the exchange instructions but return the item to us immediately  marked defective or incorrect item item on the outside of the package so we can attend to it immediately. If we find that the item is defective or incorrect we will refund the original purchaser the ship cost to return the product to us at 1st class mail rates or priority mail rates. The ship charge to have us ship the new hairpiece will be free up to priority mail charges. You may also receive the original ship charges back depending on the solution.   

Duplicate orders: Our web sites cart only receives orders by you placing the order yourself. We do not have any new space age technology that reaches into your computer and finds your credit card information to process a order you did not your self place. If you find you placed 2 orders by mistake for any reason immediately go to our contact section online and cancel the order you do not want. Any order can be cancelled before 7.30 am other wise it will ship. You cannot cancel your order by phone.

SALE ITEMS: Some sale items are final sale as they are being discontinued. This will be noted above that product or products page. Please note all sale items in the sale section or marked final sale are final- No exchanges. Sale prices are subject to change. If you do not order a sale item online right away we cannot guarantee the price or stock availability. We cannot guarantee stock on mail orders or phone orders of these items. If you choose to order by mail or phone and we run out of stock on a item it will be replaced with the next close color and shipped.

Coupon discount codes: If you have a coupon code make sure you follow the instructions when placing your order. If you do not see a coupon box or your discount already applied before you process the order ( do not process the order) call or email us for help. If you process the order without the discount you will need to cancel the order(see contact to cancel) and start over. In some cases it may not be worth canceling the order as a 10.00 cancel fee may apply.

Sales Tax: Orders from California residents are subject to an additional 7.25% sales tax.

NOTE: Stoppers on hairpieces (draw strings) are a new addition we are trying out. They have nothing to do with the security of the hairpieces attachment, but we feel they may be a little more user friendly for you. However, not all pieces have them and we can not guarantee their function for extended periods of time as of yet. If your stopper stops working simply remove it.

State law requires us not to accept returns for sanitation reasons. This is also our company policy.

Ordering Mistakes:

Did you make a mistake when you ordered? Our website and shopping cart lets you see your order several times before the order is processed by you. You may call us to see if the order has been processed if it has not we can cancel it at no charge. Once it has been processed meaning your card has been charged you cannot make any changes to the order. You can place another order if you forgot to add something to the original order, but it will be shipped and charged independently from the original. See contact section for phone numbers. To cancel an order: See Contact section; A 10.00 fee may apply if the order has processed.

Once a hairpiece has been in your possession we have no way of knowing if its being cared for properly. We make suggestions under our wig care section and on many of the orders pages. We request that you use hair spray before use on a few items. We only produce high quality products that last for years when taken care of properly. Our hairpieces have a curl memory in them and non gelled items should be maintained almost like human hair. We cannot be responsible for your care of any product.
