This product is non aerosol; chemical, odor and color free. Simply spray on and as with any synthetic fiber, start at the bottom and comb up; tangles dispear and odors are removed. It prevents future tangles and frizz. Use on wet or dry fiber. This product is fantastic for getting out those tangles and for maintenance.
