Exchanges postmarked after that date will be returned to you.

Please place your new replacement order online. Yes you will be charged but refunded once the original is returned. We do not accept mail exchanges.

Items must be in original ziplock bag condition never tried on or worn.Tags, card board , tissue and rolls if applicable must be in place. All exchanges must be done within 30 days of original purchase. If you received a discount for a squad it will be applied on exchange. Ship charges are not refundable. If the item(s) are deemed tried on or worn they will be returned to you at your expense.
If this complete form ALONG WITH ALL INVOICES are not filled out and enclosed or an item is disturbed we will charge you 6.00 to find the needed information to exchange your item or return the item to you at your expense at our discretion. We photogragh all pieces we refuse for documentation and the reasons will be in the returned package. This does not happen often but we do take sanitation seriously.
We do not accept returns state law and store policy. You must exchange same quantity or a larger quantity. WE SUGGEST YOU RETURN THE ITEMS WITH a tracking NUMBER FROM USPS this way you can see when the item reached us. If you request a signiture the exchange will be delayed as we pick up mail after hours. Hairforcheer will not be responsible for lost or non traceable returning items that do not reach us.

The information listed above is necessary in order for us to exchange swiftly. As stated on most website pages we do not accept returns.
I by signing below understand that if my exchange is not correctly done or merchandise is not in original condition, The merchandise will be returned to me regardless of this form and my statement. Ship charges will be applied to my credit card at my expense. Photograph records of the condition of the items returned to us are taken and stored.
