Cheerleaderhairpieces product line has been sold to hairforcheer.com. Cheerleaderhairpieces will no-longer be operating once all
credit and exchanges have been completed. If your receipt says cheerleaderhairpieces it will be credited by cheerleaderhairpieces.
Mail exchanges will reflect the new companys name hairforcheer.com.  

 WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR VACATION- MAY 15- until we return on June 3rd a 2 WEEK PERIOD. Orders placed during this time will be shipped once we return. Orders placed before 12 noon PST on the 14th will ship. As the internet never closes ,We will be accepting orders durning this time, however orders will not ship until we return in the order they were recieved. All Express shipments will ship June 3rd. All other orders will be shipped the week of June 3rd. If you make a mistake on your order please immediatley email or live chat a message with the order ID number to cancel the order, then replace the new order online. During this time please see the Q and A help section in the menu to answer questions. Emails and phone calls will be returned June 3rd. Please choose the best ship method for you, as we can not make changes or upgrades to orders already placed. EXCHANGE FORM.

For sanitation reasons We do not accept merchandise in exchange if the product has been compromised.
Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange. If returned to us we will charge your card to return it to you.

You have 30 days to exchange from the original order date.
Exchanges postmarked after that date will be returned to you.
We suggest you act immediately if the color is wrong.
The color match help section is a tool for you to use in the menu.

Original credit card holder must place the exchange order.
Exchange directions:
  Please place your new order online. 
Return the unopened merchandise with the original invoice and the new online orders invoice
for a refund on the original order. Please copy this page in full sign it and return it in the shipment. Your credit card will be refunded in the order received within 30 days. We always credit your card as soon as possaible.
 

 MAIL OPTION is for squads only who paid by check: Please call for directions.

Items must be in original condition. All exchanges must be done within 30 days of original purchase. Items are not to be removed from original ziplock bags . If you received a discount for a squad it will be applied on exchange. Ship charges are not refundable.  If the item(s) are deemed tried on or worn they will be returned to you at your expense. 

 

If this page and below form ALONG WITH ALL INVOICES are not filled out and enclosed we will charge you 6.00 to find the needed information to exchange your item or return the item to you at your expense at our discretion.

We do not accept returns state law and store policy. You must exchange same quantity or a larger quantity. WE SUGGEST YOU RETURN THE ITEMS WITH a Confirmation or tracking NUMBER FROM USPS this way you can see when the item reached us.  Hairforcheer will not be responsible for lost or non traceable returning items that do not reach us.

I Agree and understand all the above terms of this exchange form. I am the card holder. We do not charge service or restock fees for an exchange if it is done correctly. The information listed above is necessary in order for us to exchange swiftly. If you do not enclose this simple information we will apply a 6.00 fee for a representative to find this information. Unfortunately we may not be able to find it if the card holders name is different than stated on billing info or for other related or non related circumstances.
