Placing and order with Cheerleaderhairpieces company you understand and agree to the following.

Placing an order places an authorization of funds hold on your credit card account in the amount of the order. When we process the order to ship we charge the order. You may see the funds hold and then the charged order on your account this depends on your bank. We have not charged your card twice. You have 1 order we charge you 1 time. We can not remove the funds hold.

We warn you before you place an order to make sure you have all the correct information for the credit card you are using. Name on card, billing address for card, correct zip code and security code. If any information is incorrect but you enter the credit card numbers correct an authorization may apply to your bank account but the order will be declined. The authorization will fall off your account according to your banks guidelines. We can not remove the funds hold.

If you cancel an order by email immediately we will cancel the order before your card is truly charged, however the authorization (funds hold) has already been applied. We can not remove this hold.

If you cancel an order after we have processed it you will be charged a 10.00 cancellation fee. The funds for the total 0order have already been removed and we have been charged to process the amount. We will refund your account within 1 week the total of the order less 10.00.

If you place an order and cancel it you understand that replacing the order authorizes your credit card again. Layperson terms you cancelled your 350.00 order due to incorrect ship to address ( a funds hold is on your account for 350.00) you replace the order (a funds hold of another 350.00 is authorized) that's 700.00 in holds until your bank lets the 1st cancelled order drop off for non charge.( OR) your credit card could be declined for the second order because of the funds hold on the 1st order.

Credit card services are getting strict and we here at cheerleaderhairpieces company can only follow the guidelines. We will not be liable for your ordering errors or any fees incurred.
