WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR VACATION- MAY 15- until we return on June 3rd a 2 WEEK PERIOD. Orders placed during this time will be shipped once we return. Orders placed before 12 noon PST on the 14th will ship. As the internet never closes ,We will be accepting orders durning this time, however orders will not ship until we return in the order they were recieved. All Express shipments will ship June 3rd. All other orders will be shipped the week of June 3rd. If you make a mistake on your order please immediatley email or live chat a message with the order ID number to cancel the order, then replace the new order online. During this time please see the Q and A help section in the menu to answer questions. Emails and phone calls will be returned June 3rd. Please choose the best ship method for you, as we can not make changes or upgrades to orders already placed. We will be working hard to ship your order as swiftly as possable when we return. 1st class and priority shpments- Please expect your order to arrive within 7 days of June 3rd Not including Sunday. To cancel an order: Orders must be cancelled immediately do to how fast we process and ship. If you made a mistake on your orders color, style or quantity. Please send us a email with the order ID number and that you wish it canceled in the subject line. Then simply reorder the correct item.
