We are in the process of designing next seasons new hot styles a future addition to our large current selection.
We welcome your call or email if you did not receive your order in the time frame you specified. However we ask that you refrain from contacting us until that time has passed. 99.9% of orders deliver on time. Check your receipt for ship time frame you chose and remember the current 2 business day processing time.
Cancel an order: Did you make a mistake on your order? You must cancel the order immediately by emailing us. Our website and shopping cart lets you see your order several times before the order is processed. You may not make any changes once you place your order online or by phone, however you may cancel the incorrect order and replace it with a new order. A 10.00 fee will apply if the order has already been processed. Once a order ships it cannot be cancelled. Full cancel information is under our policy section. Phone calls: Our Friendly staff answers phone calls Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 7 pm PST. On weekends emails and chat will be answered all day. If we miss your call, please leave a detailed message. Calls will be returned in the order they are received.
Large orders accepted by phone or online may require you to sign a terms of order and credit card agreement form. We will ask you to check your email after placing an order to receive the aggrement form. If we do not receive this form within 5 business days of placing a order, your order will be canceled and refunded less a 20% processing fee. A signature may be required on delivery.
