2) Its not that we don't want to hear from you. We try to utilize our office staff in the most cost effective way in order to keep prices down for our customers and we would appreciate your help. If you can look for the answer to your question it would be helpful.
3) For ship questions see our ship section. If you entered a email on your order ,we attempted to send you a ship notification unless you order 1st class. We maybe considered spam. We welcome your call or email if you do not receive your order in the time frame you specified by making your ship choice, however we ask that you refrain from contacting us until that time has passed. 99.9% of orders deliver on time.

5) Please do not call to verify an item is in stock, If its out of stock it will say so or it will not let you order the item. If a error occurs on our part with stock you will be contacted.

PHONE CALLS :Please try to place your order online. Understand by placing an order over the phone, you agree to all online policies and shipping terms. Please read them before calling in a order. We are not responsible for any phone order errors as we are an online business. Phone orders will delay shipping by up to 3 days at times. Online orders ship within 2 business days.Unless specified on the orders page. We answer calls Monday - Friday 8 am to 3pm PST. If we do miss your call , leave a detailed message we will call you back as soon as we can or respond by email.

Exchange Inquiries: Please allow up to 30 business days from the time of our receipt of your exchange to credit your card and to inquire about a exchange. As stated in our exchange section mail exchanges can take up to 30 days, we suggest a online exchange.
We need some information to help you:
Billing name on credit card used or the order ID number
Exchanges that were done incorrectly or returned without invoices will need to be researched and may take longer to process.
Shipping Department : Did you read the ship section? If you did not receive a email with a track number do not worry if a problem occurs with your order we would contact you.
If you did not receive your order in the time frame you chose please email us with the order ID# or full credit card holders name to look up the order.
TO CANCEL A ORDER: Please read: Did you make a mistake when you ordered? Simply cancel the order immediately by emailing us below, then replace your order. Our website and shopping cart lets you see your order several times before the order is processed by you. You may not make any changes once you place your order online or by phone, however you may place another order to add to the original order or cancel the original order and place a new order.
Cancellation Charges may apply: We do not want to charge you to cancel a order so orders can be cancelled if done immediately by email for no charge as we can cancel it before its processed to your credit card. This includes weekends and holidays. A $10.00 fee may apply to processed orders because they were not cancelled immediately. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or changed however you can exchange it by reordering again online - see exchange instructions. The cancel fee will apply if your card has already been processed because once you place an order and we process it , we are charged a percentage by the credit card companies to process that order. We also have to pay a percentage of the sale to credit you back, along with paying an employee to apply the credit to your account. Orders can only ever be cancelled by email.
Cancelling Your Order : We need certain pertinent information to cancel an order for you. Please make sure it is in the email you are sending us. If it is not we cannot cancel the order and it will ship.
